We provide tailored CVs and cover letters using a hybrid human-AI approach. You submit details via email or forms; we research, generate, and polish content. Services are delivered digitally (e.g., PDF) within 24-48 hours after payment and information submission.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. We do not serve users under 16.
3. Ordering and Payment
• Process: Select a service (e.g., £49.99 CV, £24.99 Cover Letter), pay via secure third-party (e.g., Stripe), then submit details via post-payment form/email.
• Pricing: As listed on our site; subject to change. All prices include VAT where applicable.
• Payment: We accept major cards. Payments are non-refundable except as per our Refund Policy (Section 6).
• Currency: GBP (£).
4. User Obligations
• Provide accurate, complete information for your CV/cover letter.
• You own or have rights to all submitted content; we are not liable for inaccuracies or IP issues.
• Do not misuse Services (e.g., spam, illegal content).
• Comply with UK laws.
5. Delivery and Revisions
• Delivery: Within 24-48 hours of receiving full details.
• Revisions: One free revision within 7 days if outputs don’t match your brief. Additional changes: £10 each.
• No guarantees of job success; Services are for assistance only.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
• Refunds: Full refund if we fail to deliver within 3 business days or if unsatisfied (notify within 7 days). Processed within 14 days.
• No refunds for completed Services or if you provide false info.
• Cancellations: Before delivery starts; 50% fee after.
7. Intellectual Property
• Outputs are yours upon payment, but we retain rights to templates/methods.
• You grant us a limited license to use your data for Service provision.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
